Cardio machines, weight loss and think your way to a better body

In some circles in the fitness industry (particularly with more fanatic "hardcore" gym), most of the cardio machines are designed, like hamsters and wheels. Do you know what a rat race - the small wheel in your hamster's cage, the little guy gets on and runs and runs and runs and runs and runs ... but never anywhere. A lot of people think of cardio equipment in the same way. The people on these machines, and just going and going and going ... but never anywhere. One of the largestReasons is that many objects to the use of cardiovascular equipment that is not true "thinking" involved. All you have to do is get in the car and move. It must not move anywhere, you do not have to worry about your movements, or something to think about. Just put the effort into the machine. Well, for one, all right, because you just focus on the effort. Which should theoretically mean that a greater effort to work more, and eventually, more and more results. Butthe vast majority do the exact opposite. In place of their efforts, and always did a lot of work, they "out of area" and simply through the motions. This is all wrong. Have drawn attention to what you do when you are training to be paid. To use an old adage in sport, it is necessary to "have your head in the game." If you drag and mentally "go through the motions" only, then you're really just what a watered down effort. And that means you get watered down results. If yousure, try to think of any other activity where you can draw and even better mentally. One can not study the way - do not learn anything. You can not drive a car like this - you will get in a wreck. One can not work at their jobs - performing paragraph. There is nothing that you can only go through the motions, and obtain any good results. Exercise - especially the heart - is not much different. If you can get on a cardio machine, and focus on hard work, which is great. But if that kind of discipline, you should be very good at a training session that will focus more difficult.
